A senior studio for AI-native products
Most AI work dies in a prototype. The model is clever, the interface is a chat box, and nobody can say what “done” looks like in production. Spinfluence Labs is an AI product studio for founders and operators who need the opposite: a scoped surface, a real architecture, and a ten-week path to something customers will actually use.
The practice sits on twenty years of enterprise engineering — seventeen of them at Microsoft — so we treat model choice, evals, retrieval, and deployment as product decisions, not research theater. We build on Camano Island, Washington and ship for teams across the United States.
What we design and ship
- Copilots that sit beside an existing workflow — drafting, summarizing, routing — with a human still in the loop.
- Task-specific agents that can take a bounded action (research, file, schedule, update a system of record) with evals and an audit trail.
- Generative interfaces that are not a chat dump: structured outputs, citations, undo, and the empty states that make a first session feel trustworthy.
How a 10-week AI build runs
Week one is a problem map, not a model bake-off. We write the job to be done, the failure modes we will not tolerate, and the data we can actually use. Weeks two to four produce three interaction directions and a spike on the riskiest technical path. Weeks four to ten are a weekly build: you see a working product every Friday.
We choose the model, the interaction pattern, and the deployment path with an eye on what the thing will look like twelve months from now — not just at launch.
Who this is for
Seed and Series A teams standing up their first AI surface. Small businesses that want an operator, not a chatbot novelty. Product orgs that already have engineers and need a senior pair to set the pattern. If you need a 40-person “AI transformation” program, we are the wrong room.
